Following the completion of a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) degree at Curtin University, Jarrod Rendell worked as a licensed Valuer with both Colliers Jardine (now Colliers International) and FPDSavills (now Savills) for a period of just over 7 years. During his time with Stockland, Jarrod also fulfilled roles in Queensland and New South Wales in senior leadership roles. Jarrod returned to WA in early 2010 as State Development Manager for Stockland where he was responsible for the team delivering all residential land development in the WA portfolio. During this time, Jarrod managed significant growth in the number of projects under active development or advanced planning which more than doubled Stockland’s market share in WA over the period to June 2012.
In September 2012, Jarrod and Nick established Acumen Development Solutions to provide project management and development consultancy services to landowners and investors of englobo landholdings.

During his time at Cedar Woods Nick helped grow the business from a small single project property developer funded privately into a listed public company with major projects in WA and Melbourne, including the acquisition of 1800 lots in Melbourne’s western gateway at Laverton Airfield and Port Mandurah Canal Estate in WA.
From 2000, Nick worked with Australand as the WA General Manager principally focused on land development and expanding the apartment development business in West Perth, Joondalup, and Northbridge. Significant growth occurred in the land projects in Perth, as strategic planning and re-structuring of the business was completed under the direction of a newly formed Board.
